First Announcement
for the SUMMER SCHOOL: “Summer School on Astrometry”
and the WORKSHOP: “Astrometry now and in the future”
Dear Colleagues,
TUBITAK National Observatory and Akdeniz University will be hosting a Summer School (5-9 September 2011 ) and a Workshop (11-13 September 2011) on Astrometry.
The summer school is performed in the frame of an International Joint Project (IJP) of French-Turkish-Russian-Ukrainian-Chinese collaboration. In following the summer school, we also organize a workshop as a continuation of future activities established by the IJP to initiate data exploitation on astrometric observations by candidate/professional scientists.
This First Announcement is to bring the Summer School and Workshop to the attention of researchers and to invite interested candidate/professional scientists to register.
